Services we offer:

    The wood on our balconies is best maintained if this is done twice a year. We will organize a time with you, where the weather is permitting (the wood should be dry and no rain should be expected-this is why most balcony jobs are done March-October). The process is:
  • Clean: the balcony is thoroughly cleaned and left to dry completely.
  • Sand: usually a light hand-sanding; if overdue, a heavier machine sanding may be required. Then it's cleaned again.
  • Oil: the balcony is oiled with a suitable outdoor wood oil. leave untouched for at least 24 hours; afterwards we assess whether a second coat is needed.

Doing an indoor wood maintencae job can reflourish your floors with new life. It is not needed to do this as often as outdoor balconies, but can be great to rejuvenate your indoors and maintain the wood for a long time. After you contact us, we will ask for some pictures of the room/rooms you want to do so that we can organize how much oil is needed and if big furniture needs to be temporaily moved to gain access to the whole floor. We then organize a suitbale time.
  • Clean:The floor is cleared of furnitre and objects and thoroughly cleaned.
  • Sand:The floor is sanded. This is mostly done with an electric sander. Then it is cleaned again.
  • Oil:Then the oil is applied. It is then recommended to keep the floor as ventilated as possible and to avoid touching it for at least 24 hours.
